Automatic 3 turret changing stretch film rewinding machine is latest design for high speed production for converting jumbo roll of stretch film into small machine roll, hand roll.
This new model has changed the single turret to 3 turrets for fast changing of the paper core from the ready roll to the next.
The production speed is about 30-50% higher than the conventional model.
The designed production speed is at a maximum of 1500 meters per minute.
With the PLC program that coordinates together through the touch screen, the less labor involved in production, it is very simple in operation.
The machine is ideal for rewinding various stretching materials, such as LDPE stretch film, PE food stretch wrap, PVC food cling film etc.
