The high speed high efficient alcohol prep pad packaging machine is the latest model to pack alcohol prep pad, alcohol swab pad, alcohol wipes, BZK antiseptic pad, povidone iodine prep pad, nail polish pad, cleansing pad and any other four side pad of the same size etc.
The machine works with high speed at 800pc/min, it improves the production than the market conventional model.

Production process:
Nonwoven fabric and packing film load into the machine → nonwon cloth folding → nonwon cloth cutting → adding alcohol liquid → alcohol and nonoven cloth to bags → making bags → seal → cutting → seal the final product.

Features:
1. The main contact part of the machine uses 304 stainless steel.
2.Intelligent photoelectric eyemark vertical positioning system control packing film, the position is accurate.
3. Four sided seal and packing sealing system to ensure no leakage.
4. The conveyor system is compact, reliable, high efficiency, labor saving and convenient in maintenance.
